Frequently Asked Questions
  1. Can we call to talk to a birthday party specialist for info? Since the kiddos are in school most of the year during the week we are normally closed unless it’s a holiday. The best and fastest mode of communication is to submit a birthday party request form or email the birthday party specialist and they will respond promptly. It’s much easier than trying to write down the awesome details of each call. Follow our calendar for "Open Studio" hours to stop in or call.

  2. How are birthday parties booked online? Once a birthday or character request/email is received, a party specialist will email you back to create the details of your party. Once you are ready to book, a deposit invoice link through Square will be emailed to you with a small processing fee. Party time slots aren’t guaranteed and reserved until the invoice is paid and you receive a "RESERVED" email. A 24 hour period is given to reserve the date/time of your party due to high demand and multiple inquiries for the same time slot. All deposits are deducted from your total package price.

  3. What is the price for Kids invited to my birthday party over the included 10 or 12 Kids in my package? Each additional Child is $15 after 10 or 12 kids (Depending on the package). We DON'T include babies being nursed/held or adults assisting their child with crafts. We DO include ANY children entering the party able to walk and adults who paint on their own. (Depending on Location 20-25 kid max. Ask us before sending invites)

  4. Are there any other fees I should expect besides my remaining balance, additional kids, crafts, or characters for my birthday party?
    Yes there is an automatic gratuity of 18% applied to the remaining balance of all parties booked :) Our artist work very hard to create and host your special event to your liking. They appreciate you choosing us and will always treat you and your guests as family :)
  5. Are Adults allowed in Arty’s Bouncing Playhouse? Adults are not allowed to play in the bouncy house due to the safety of children.
  6. How many kids are allowed in the Arty’s Bouncing playhouse at a time? Multiple smaller children can bounce and 3-5 of our older/taller kids. Each child should be supervised by a parents/guardians, unless kids are dropped off under our staff supervision.

  7. Do I need to fill out a waiver to play and paint? Yes all kids entering The Little House of ART must have a waiver completed by a parent/guardian. This can be done when you arrive during check in.

  8. How often do you sanitize and clean the bouncy house and toys? We sanitize our Bouncy house and the toys at the end of each business day during our operating hours.

  9. Do you offer Wifi? Yes! We offer free Wi-Fi through-out our studio. Please ask the staff at your our Little House of Art location for more details.

  10. Is there Staff monitoring the play area? Yes, our staff are like a second pair of eyes to help maintain a safe and clean playing environment. However we do recommend keeping an eye on your little ones.

  11. During your open studio service, are we allowed to leave and come back later in the day? No, sorry there are no re-entries.

  12. How do you make sure children go home with the correct parent? Camps and our Drop off service we use a drop off form that you fill out when dropping your child off that requires you to list yourself and any other guardian that is allowed to pick up your child. During pick up we ask you for ID. No exceptions. During our Movie night service Little House of ART uses an invisible marker and will give you a family number to match Children to parents. This ensures that children are going home with the correct parents.

  13. How do I know if you are open in case of in-climate weather? The safety of our guests and staff is very important. If we are closed due to in-climate weather we will post it on our Social media page and the calendars on our website.

  14. If I lose an item how long will it remain in lost and found? We generally keep items up to 30 days after that time unclaimed items are donated to goodwill.

  15. What if I have to cancel my party? Unfortunately the deposit is non refundable but we are able to move your time slot to another date. You would have to pick another date and time within 30 days of notice.

  16. What decorations are included in my party package? Solid color balloons, plates and napkins are included.

  17. Can I substitute the included paper craft in my party package with another craft available? No, sorry they can’t be substituted. Quality crafts such as (pottery, canvases..) can be added for a discounted price.

  18. Can I bring in Outside food for a party? Yes, we have no restrictions on any type of food, cake and drinks. We suggest not bringing in any type of food that contains peanuts.

  19. Can I bring in food for adults? Yes. Please also bring in extra plates, utensils etc for the adults. Our package only includes the first serving of plates for the kids.

  20. Can I bring in alcoholic beverages for my guest? Yes, we ask that you serve any alcoholic beverages in a plastic colored cup.

  21. Can I bring in Decorations for my party? Yes feel free to bring in any type of themed decorations

  22. What if i go over the amount of kids included in my party package? We have different packages based on the age group. If you do go over it is $15 per additional child. 

  23. What time should I show up for my party? To accommodate all of our parties throughout the day we ask that you not arrive more than 10 minutes before your party and prepared to leave 10 minutes after your party is over.

  24. What happens if I go over my party time? Once the party is over, any time beyond your 10 minutes grace period for clean up or pick up is subject to an additional fee of $65

  25. Can I bring in extra balloons? Yes as long as they are inflated.

  26. Can I have Little House of ART blow up extra balloons? Yes, Latex balloons 12in are $1 per balloon, any balloons large than 12in is $2 on up depending on the size.

  27. Can I bring in outside crafts? Yes, only if Little House of ART is not able to offer this product.

  28. What day and time slots are available to book a party? We are able to host a party during the week and on the weekends. Time slots are 10-11:30, 12-1:30, 2-3:30 and 4-5:30 pm.

  29. Can I extend my party for a longer time frame? Yes, it is $65 for an extra 30 minutes. This will need to be confirmed by us due to multiple parties booked throughout the day.

  30. Do you allow drop off for parties? Yes,Invited guests (kids) being dropped off by parents includes a fee of $10 per child or $75 flat fee for unlimited children being dropped off.

  31. Can we open gifts during my party? There is typically not enough time to open gifts during the 90 minutes reserved. You may add additional time to your party time if you would like to open presents at the studio.

  32. Where can I purchase tickets for special events and Kids Drive In Movie Night? All tickets are available through Eventbrite. Ticket purchasing links can be found on their designated pages. Tickets are needed for all of our camps, events, and movie nights due to preparing materials and limited space for each event.
  33. Where do we park? Both locations have ample free parking. In Chamblee we have a free parking lot and downtown at the Pencil Factory we have a 2 level garage attached directly behind our studio with free parking :)
  34. What's the age limit and how many kids can jump in the bouncey house at once? The age limit for Arty's bouncing playhouse is 10. At one time we allow 3-5 kids depending on their ages. During birthday parties and open studio, parents are encouraged to keep an eye on their little ones to insure the safety of others.
  35. Are socks required to play in Arty’s Bouncing Playhouse? Yes please bring socks, or bare feet are ok
